Account Deletion Policy

We respect your right to control your data. This policy explains how to delete your account and what happens afterwards.

1) How to delete your account

You can request deletion from in-app settings → Delete Account.
Or, email hello@chadai.coach with the subject line “Delete Account.”

2) Verification

To protect your privacy, we may verify your request (e.g., via Sign in with Apple).

3) What happens when you delete your account

Immediate effect: Your account is deactivated and inaccessible.

Data deletion:

• User content (uploads, analyses, outputs) is deleted from primary systems within 30 days.
• Backups are purged within 90 days.
• Purchase records: Transaction logs may be retained as required by tax and audit laws, but they are decoupled from your identity.

4) Subscription status

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your active App Store subscription. You must cancel via Settings → App Store → Subscriptions.
