These Terms govern your use of Coach Chad ("we/us/our"), available via our mobile app and https://chadai.coach/. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility
You must be 17+/18+ to use the service.
By using the app, you confirm you meet local age requirements.
2) Accounts
You may sign in via Apple or other methods we provide.
You are responsible for maintaining your account’s confidentiality and activity.
You agree not to share login credentials or misuse another user’s account.
3) Subscriptions & Payments
Paid features are available through Apple In-App Purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
You may manage or cancel your subscription anytime via Settings → App Store → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.
4) Usage Rules
You agree not to:
- Misuse the service, spam, or attempt to bypass usage limits.
- Upload harmful, unlawful, or offensive content.
- Use Coach Chad for harassment, exploitation, or deceptive activity.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5) Intellectual Property
All app content, design, and technology belong to Coach Chad or its licensors.
You may use the service only for personal purposes, not for resale or redistribution.
6) Disclaimer
The app provides AI-generated suggestions for dating advice. We do not guarantee accuracy, success, or outcomes.
Use at your own discretion.
7) Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in the past 12 months.
8) Termination
You may stop using the app at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
9) Changes
We may update these Terms. Updates will be posted at https://chadai.coach/terms and notified in-app for material changes.
